Thanks to funding from the Arts Council England, CING, the Creative Industries Networking Group, is pleased to announce the launch of Digital Mentoring for the Arts, a free mentoring programme.
This programme will match senior management in the Arts with some of the region’s leaders in using digital and social technologies, for a series of one-to-one mentoring sessions, designed to help Arts organisations to make the most from these tools.
The mentoring will be complemented by a programme of skills workshops looking at some of the key elements of digital networking and online marketing.
The programme is completely free and open to any Arts organisations in the North West, however only six successful organisations can be accepted.

The ABO’s Annual Conference is the major gathering of the classical music industry in the UK, with over 300 delegates drawn from orchestras both from within the UK and abroad, as well as funding agencies, broadcasters, venues, agents, publishers and suppliers. This year’s conference, which takes place from 18-20 January, hosted by the Liverpool Philharmonic, will have a special focus on the government’s agenda for measuring the value of culture, along with new approaches to evaluation and the next steps for music education.
