Reel Times Exhibition, Turnpike Gallery

Reel Times is a major exhibition which features archive footage of people and places from across the North West selected by the Turnpike Gallery from the North West Film Archive at Manchester Metropolitan University.

Throughout the exhibition there will be a changing programme of themed film screenings, which visitors can watch from the comfort of a specially created mini camera. The exhibition also deatures newly commissioned short films and animations created by local school children and young people; a nostalgic look back at the 'picture palaces' of the past; and plenty of fun activities for all the family.
