£1000 Unit Grants available (Deadline Sep 2010)

WHO: To qualify for grants, artists must be recent graduates from any university. Any artist can apply to take on a unit.

WHAT: £1000 grants are avaliable to artists wanting to take on a unit within The Cecil Street Project, an exciting new arts venue just opened in Carlisle. The units range in price from £123.16- £264.31 per calender month for a unit and they are avaliable for creative practicioners.

WHEN: Unit are avaliable now. Grants are avaliable until Septerber 2010, but only a limited number are avaliable on a first come first served basis.

PAYMENTS: £1000 rent subsidy avaliable.

CHARGES: Occupiers will be required to pay monthly rental charges on their unit.

DETAILS: The Cecil Street Project is a new arts venue that opened in Carlisle this summer. We have an active programme of events, exhibitions and installations, and a wide variety of unique shop units avaliable for creative practicioners to rent out.
