Head of Research Operations

We’re looking for a strategic thinker with a commercial focus to direct our research operations. If you’re interested in a leadership role and contributing to the worldwide growth of an exciting company then this could be the role for you.

You will motivate the Company’s research function to deliver innovative and high quality research to some of the world’s leading cultural organisations and charities.

In collaboration with our exceptional team you will lead on compliance with international industry standards including ISO20252 and achieving MRS Accredited Centre status for our training.

You will be both the thought leader and business driver for research operations, ensuring the Company is at the forefront of new research methods.

This high profile position requires significant experience of research methods and quality systems at a senior level in a fast-paced, project-focused research agency or consultancy.  You will have strong knowledge of emerging research methods and expertise in the development and delivery of research skills training.

Salary: £40 – £50K dependant on experience

Location: Based in the heart of Manchester’s Northern Quarter. Applicants should note that, since Morris Hargreaves McIntyre serves a large number of national and international clients, the appointed person may be required to visit other parts of the UK and countries as and when requested

Benefits:  25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays, company pension scheme, annual Company performance related bonus.

Hours of Work: A minimum of 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Flexibility will be required to meet business needs.
