Research Director / Senior Consultant

This role requires a passion for leading and motivating a team to deliver the very best insight and results possible. The successful candidate will need to combine people management, problem solving, and organisational abilities with extensive research knowledge and the communications skills to build relationships within the team, across the business and with our key clients.

You will be a senior level researcher with a proven track record in delivering exceptional client satisfaction, developing business and delivering actionable strategic insights. You must have significant experience in ad hoc research plus ideally new methodologies expertise.

Job Purpose
• To lead and manage a research team to deliver the work programme efficiently and to high standards, be a lead consultant directing research projects from start to finish and manage business development and client retention within your team.
• To lead and manage an Account Group, providing guidance on all stages of the research process, managing performance and personal development.
• To be lead consultant on projects, leading strategic delivery of: planning, design, analysis, reporting and dissemination.
• To be responsible for business development and account management of key clients, including guiding account management across your team.
